4. Exchanges possible for wrong items sent & products being spoilt upon opening. Inform us within 5 days of receiving products
5. Product exchange will be subject to postage charge on the buyers
6. All items will be packed & bubble wrapped if necessary
7. Packages will be sent out ONLY upon payment made
8. Beau Fair Lady will inspect & make sure all items are in good condition before dispatch, therefore we will NOT be responsible for any damages/loss of items by mail

10. Items will be mailed within 2 days after payment clears
